Turning Creativity into a Source of Income
Many deaf women and youth have incredible artistic talent but lack the platform to showcase or market their work. The Art and Crafts Initiative trains participants in beadwork, basket weaving, pottery, painting, and jewelry making, helping them transform their creativity into a sustainable business.

Through workshops and mentorship, participants refine their skills, create high-quality crafts, and sell their products through the Sikia Craft Shop, local markets, and online platforms. The project also raises awareness about deaf artisans and their incredible talents.
