The Sikia Craft Shop is more than just a store—it’s a market access platform that connects deaf artisans with buyers in Jinja and beyond. It serves as a one-stop shop for handmade furniture, crafts, honey, textiles, and jewelry created by deaf women and youth.

This project ensures that all trained artisans have a consistent income by finding local and international buyers for their products. Sikia Foundation also helps artisans set up online sales platforms and organizes exhibitions, trade fairs, and pop-up markets to showcase their talent.
